Allyson is a professional actress and wrestler best known for the time she spent in Impact Wrestling, where she wrestled under the name of Sienna. She has been a two-time Knockouts TNA/Impact champion as well as a one-time GFW Women's Champ. The most prestigious NWA World Women's Championship was as well, as was her participation in the 2018 WWE Mae Young Classic. This was a qualification match to compete in the Shine Championship. When Kay interfered in the main event match with ally Rain and Angelina Love, she was removed by Lexie Fyfe and removed from the tournament. Kay, Ivelisse, and Amazing Kong defeated Jessicka havok as well as Amazing Kong at Shine 13.
