Jana Kramer is a country singer, songwriter and actor that made her name known on the television screen when she was played by Alex on One Tree Hill for the final three seasons. The first three albums she released as a country singer were featured on episodes of the show, which helped her debut album, titled "Eponymous," into the Top 20 on the Billboard 200. Thirty One by 2015 was the sequel and reached number Ten. It was the end of the decade with appearances on Dancing with the Stars, Television films, and other singles not from the album. In 2021, The Self-Doubting Voices was released. Jana Rae Kramer was born and raised in Rochester Hills Michigan. She spent her childhood listening to the country genre, and later went on to explore a career in recording. However, she first made an acting debut when she was young teenager in 2002's independent horror film Dead/Undead. Over the years Kramer was a regular on a variety of shows including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the regular role as Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights in the Second season (2007-2008). Kramer then appeared in the role of Portia ranson on 90210 from 2008 to 2009 and Brooke Manning in Entourage in 2009. She joined the cast of CW One Tree Hill in 2009 in the role of Alex Dupre, and she stayed up until the end of the show in 2012, part way in. Jana Kramer Kramer was a star of One Tree Hill from 2009 until the year 2012. Kramer had signed an agreement with Elektra Records, and she released her modern country-inspired song I Won't Give up in the One Tree Hill 2011 episode. In 2012, it came out via Jana Kramer - her first album. The track made it to into the Top Five on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart. Later, she made a career of acting performing in movies such as Heart of the Country 2013 as well as Country Crush 2016, which appealed directly to her fans. Kramer has released her sophomore album Thirty One with Warner Music Nashville in October 2015. It was boosted by Kramer's Top Five country song I Got the Boy and as a duet with Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. The album peaked at number 3 in the Billboard 200 country charts and top 10 on the Billboard 200. Two months on Dancing with the Stars 23rd edition ended with her finishing 4th. That year she also had an adult contemporary smash featuring the song "Feels Like" Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser.
